The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is gearing up for another important mission aimed at strengthening India's indigenous space technology. The space agency is scheduled to launch its GSLV-F18 rocket from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 11:51 PM tonight. The mission marks another step towards expanding India's capabilities in the space and navigation sectors.
The GSLV-F18 rocket will carry the NVS-03 navigation satellite into orbit. The satellite is intended to enhance the capabilities of India's Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC) system, which provides navigation services. With this mission, ISRO aims to further improve NavIC services and strengthen India's self-reliance in satellite-based navigation technology.
