The iconic Flatiron Building in New York City, known for its unique triangular design, is getting a luxurious makeover. Built in 1902, the 124-year-old landmark was originally used as an office building. It is now being renovated and converted into premium residential apartments. With its steel-frame structure, the building remains one of New York’s earliest skyscrapers and a symbol of architectural excellence.
A five-bedroom luxury apartment with a balcony in the renovated Flatiron Building has been listed for around Rs.561 crore. Only a limited number of residences in New York are priced higher than this. Combining historic charm with modern amenities, the newly developed apartments are attracting attention from high-end buyers.
