New party launched to compete with the Cockroach Party

A new and unexpected development has emerged in Indian politics with the announcement of a new political party by former Supreme Court judge Justice Markandey Katju. Amid the buzz around the social media sensation “Cockroach Janata Party (CJP),” he launched a new party named “Ishq Karo Party (IKP)”.

He clarified that the party name is not meant as satire, but reflects a serious agenda focused on addressing key national issues such as unemployment, poverty, and child malnutrition. He stated that the party aims to actively work towards solving these major social challenges.
