Nationwide Protests Inevitable if Student Harassment Continues - CJP

The CJP has warned that it will launch another round of nationwide protests if the alleged harassment of students does not stop. CJP founder Abhijit Dipke, in a post on X, urged the police to stop targeting students who participated in the protests and said the organisation would hold large-scale peaceful demonstrations if the situation continues.

His remarks come after the Supreme Court allowed the investigation into previously registered FIRs to continue. CJP argued that the reported action against protesters contradicts the Union government's earlier assurance that no action would be taken against participants and demanded an immediate end to the alleged harassment of students.
