MP Chamala to Be Questioned Today in Phone Tapping Case

A key development has taken place in the sensational phone tapping case in Telangana, as the Special Investigation Team (SIT) is set to question Bhongir Congress MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy. The officials will record his statement as a victim in the case at the Police Command Control Center in Banjara Hills at 11 AM on Saturday.

During the 2023 Assembly elections, allegations emerged that phones of several Congress leaders were illegally tapped when the party was in opposition. SIT officials, who have intensified the investigation, reportedly gathered technical evidence indicating that MP Chamala’s phone was also intercepted.
