Malladi Krishna Rao Wins Big in Yanam Assembly Election

In the Yanam Assembly elections, N.R. Congress (NDA alliance) candidate Malladi Krishna Rao secured a decisive victory over Congress candidate Gollapalli Ashok with a majority of 4,568 votes. His win marks a strong comeback in the constituency.

Malladi Krishna Rao has been elected as MLA from Yanam for the sixth time. He has previously served as a minister in the Puducherry government for three terms. After staying away from active politics in the previous election, he has now returned with a significant victory.
