Hostel managements in the IT corridor of Hyderabad have decided to limit the food items served to residents due to a shortage of LPG gas. They informed students and employees staying in the hostels that only essential meals will be provided for the time being. The decision was taken to manage the available cooking gas efficiently until the supply situation improves.
According to the message shared by hostel managements, food items that require longer cooking time will not be prepared. Dishes such as chapati and puri, along with some extra curry items, will be temporarily removed from the menu. Residents were also told that cooking food on their own inside the hostels will not be allowed during this period.
