KTR Expresses Happiness Over Danam Nagender’s Disqualification

BRS Working President KTR has welcomed the Telangana High Court’s decision to disqualify Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender in the defection case. Reacting to the judgment, KTR expressed his happiness over the court’s decision and posted “Satyameva Jayate” on X.

KTR also expressed confidence that other MLAs who defected would face a similar outcome. Danam Nagender was elected as an MLA from Khairatabad on a BRS ticket in 2023 and later joined the Congress before contesting the Secunderabad Lok Sabha election on a Congress ticket. The High Court set aside the Speaker’s decision rejecting the disqualification plea and declared Nagender disqualified.
