Kashi Artist’s Special Gift for PM Modi on His Birthday

A Kashi-based artist has created a unique handcrafted artwork depicting Prime Minister Narendra Modi being blessed by his late mother, Heeraben. The special artwork has been prepared as a birthday gift for Modi ahead of his birthday on September 17. The piece has been crafted using silk threads, drawing inspiration from the traditional ‘Uchand’ art, which is believed to date back to the era of Lord Rama.

Artist Sarvesh Kumar Srivastava, along with two other artists, worked for nearly one-and-a-half months to create the distinctive piece. Srivastava has previously sent several artworks as gifts to Prime Minister Modi. He has also created sarees featuring designs inspired by the Ayodhya Ram Mandir and the Cricket World Cup.
