HMDA’s Kokapet E-Auction Draws Huge Response

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority’s (HMDA) e-auction of premium land parcels in Kokapet witnessed a strong response on Wednesday, with bidders quoting significantly higher prices for the prime properties. At Golden Mile Site-1, a 0.70-acre plot was offered with an upset price of ₹70 crore per acre. The highest bid for the parcel reached ₹115 crore per acre, highlighting the continued demand for premium land in Kokapet.

At Neopolis Layout, Plot No. 17, spread across 4.59 acres, also attracted a notable bid. Although only one bid was submitted for the parcel, the quoted price reached ₹120 crore per acre. The latest auction results underline the strong market interest in strategically located land parcels in Kokapet and the Neopolis area.
