Harish Rao Sends Legal Notices to Congress Leaders

Former Telangana minister and BRS leader Harish Rao has sent legal notices to Congress leaders Addanki Dayakar and Sama Ram Mohan Reddy over alleged defamatory remarks. The notices were issued objecting to claims that Harish Rao performed occult rituals during his visits to temples. He warned that criminal defamation cases would be filed if they failed to issue an apology.

According to the legal notice, Harish Rao’s lawyer stated that the allegations were made intentionally to damage his reputation among the public. The notice demanded that the leaders withdraw their statements, issue a public apology through the same platforms where the allegations were made, and remove related videos and posts from social media and other platforms. Failure to comply would lead to civil and criminal legal action, the notice stated.
