The hearing involving former minister KTR in the Formula E car racing case concluded at the Nampally ACB Court. The court adjourned the next hearing to October 30. Speaking to the media, KTR’s counsel said the hearing was deferred as summons had not been served on the foreign company that conducted the Formula E race. He said a petition had been filed seeking permission to serve the summons on the company through email.
KTR’s counsel further said that an earlier petition filed by their side had been returned by the court. He stated that they would file another petition seeking issuance of summons and would wait for the court’s decision. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for October 30.
