

TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu urged Srivari Sevaks to serve devotees attending the Tirumala Brahmotsavams with respect, courtesy and warmth. On Wednesday, he held an interaction with Srivari Sevaks who arrived from different states to assist devotees during the celebrations at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala, along with TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra and Additional EO C.H. Venkayya Chowdary. Naidu said steps would be taken, as directed by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, to strengthen the Srivari Seva programme and double the number of volunteers.
TTD EO Muddada Ravichandra said the TTD has resolved to build 5,000 temples and called upon Srivari Sevaks to play a key role in supporting these initiatives. He said steps were being taken to promote Hindu Dharma in a planned manner at constituency, district, state and national levels. Additional EO C.H. Venkayya Chowdary said the Srivari Seva programme would be further strengthened by providing training to volunteers. The officials urged the Sevaks to perform their duties with dedication, discipline and coordination and provide necessary assistance to devotees during the Brahmotsavams.
