Cockroach Janata Party Focuses on Next Course of Action

The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) is focusing on its future course of action. A core committee meeting will be held on August 5 at the residence of party founder Abhijeet Dipke in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Members have decided to collect feedback from volunteers and students before the meeting. Discussions are expected on expanding the movement at the grassroots level and building pressure on the Centre for the withdrawal of cases registered against students. The party is likely to announce its future plans after the meeting.

Meanwhile, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is strengthening examination security following the NEET-UG 2026 question paper leak controversy. The agency has invited tenders worth around Rs 7.5 crore to provide 24-hour security at its headquarters, regional offices, server rooms, strong rooms and question paper storage facilities. The two-year contract will also cover housekeeping and secure printing services, with bids accepted until August 17.
