

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy presented the Telangana Vision 2047 at the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting. He outlined the goal of transforming Telangana into a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion SGDP state by 2047.
He detailed major initiatives including Telangana Public Schools offering quality education from pre-primary to Class 12, Young India Integrated Residential Schools in 105 constituencies, and the establishment of the Young India Skills University along with advanced technology centres. He also highlighted plans to develop Hyderabad as a global knowledge and education hub and sought central support for key infrastructure projects like the Regional Ring Road, Metro Phase-2, Musi rejuvenation, Future City, and IIM Hyderabad. The development model will follow an urban, peri-urban, and rural integrated approach.
