Rare Honour for V. Ravikanth Reddy at the Asian Games

Former international volleyball player and Arjuna Award recipient V. Ravikanth Reddy has received a rare honour. The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has appointed him as an observer for the ongoing Asian Games in Japan.

The Indian Olympic Association had recommended Ravikanth Reddy’s name to the OCA in recognition of his significant contribution and services to volleyball. His appointment as an observer at the continental sporting event is being seen as a recognition of his long-standing association with the sport.
