India-West Indies T20I: HCA Reveals Ticket Sale Date and Student Initiative

Tickets for the fourth T20I between India and the West Indies will go on sale from October 6. The match is scheduled to be played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal, Hyderabad, on October 14. Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) secretary Manne Jeevan Reddy announced that 2,000 government school students will be given free tickets to watch the match. The initiative is aimed at providing young students with an opportunity to experience international cricket at the stadium.

Speaking at a media conference on Wednesday, Jeevan Reddy also announced that cricket academies would soon be established in Mahbubnagar and Karimnagar. He said the HCA was taking steps to expand cricket development activities beyond Hyderabad. The HCA secretary further indicated that elections to the association could be conducted in November. The upcoming India-West Indies T20I is expected to attract significant interest among cricket fans in Hyderabad.
