

Bigg Boss Telugu is gearing up for its 10th season, with commoners once again expected to be part of the show. Season 9 winner Kalyan Padala entered as an army man and won the audience’s hearts with his attitude. He took home ₹40 lakh, a car and a plot. After a brief break from the spotlight, Kalyan is now appearing in television shows and is reportedly exploring opportunities as a lead actor in films with a new look. Season 8 winner Nikhil Maliyakkal, who surprised viewers by beating the expected favourite Gautam, won the trophy along with ₹55 lakh. He is now active in Telugu television and is also exploring opportunities in the Kannada film industry.
Season 7 winner Pallavi Prashanth entered the show as a farmer’s son and YouTuber. After his victory, celebrations by his supporters led to police cases, and Prashanth and his brother were arrested. He is now reportedly focusing on business and enjoying a comfortable lifestyle. Singer Revanth emerged as the winner of Season 6 after runner-up Srihan chose to take the ₹40 lakh prize money and leave the competition. Although Revanth has stayed away from many public events since the show, he continues to maintain a successful career as a playback singer in Tollywood.
Season 5 winner VJ Sunny, who began his career as a journalist before gaining recognition through the serial Kalyana Vaibhogam, is now appearing in smaller films. He has also reportedly ventured into the restaurant business in Hyderabad. Season 4 winner Abijeet, known for Life Is Beautiful, received strong audience support despite facing opposition inside the house. He later took a break from films for personal reasons and is now enjoying travelling while also serving as a judge on Agnipareeksha, an audition platform for commoners.
Season 3 winner Rahul Sipligunj saw his career receive a major boost after the show and went on to sing the Oscar-winning song Naatu Naatu from RRR. He recently married a politician’s daughter and has also faced controversy surrounding his personal life. Season 2 winner Kaushal Manda, backed by his massive ‘Kaushal Army’, became one of the show’s most controversial winners. After remaining away from the spotlight for some time, he recently returned with a role in Kannappa and also criticised the Agnipareeksha 2 auditions. Season 1 winner Siva Balaji, who won the inaugural season hosted by Jr NTR in 2017, later took a break from acting to focus on business. He also appeared in Kannappa and is currently associated with Manchu Vishnu’s team in the MAA association.
