Malavika Praises the Performances of Three Star Heroines!

Glamorous actress Malavika Mohanan is set to entertain audiences with Sardar 2, starring Karthi in the lead role. Directed by P. S. Mithran, the film features an ensemble cast including S. J. Suryah, Ashika Ranganath, Rajisha Vijayan and Yogi Babu. Produced by Prince Pictures and IVY Entertainment, the film is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on September 10. As part of the promotions, Malavika recently interacted with fans through an Instagram Q&A session and spoke about the actresses she admires in Tamil cinema.

Responding to a fan’s question, Malavika picked Sai Pallavi, Trisha and Nithya Menen among her favourite performers. She praised Sai Pallavi’s performance in Amaran, saying the actress was the soul of the film. She also appreciated Trisha’s elegant and regal portrayal in Ponniyin Selvan. Speaking about Nithya Menen, Malavika called her highly talented and versatile, highlighting her ability to work across languages and take up diverse roles. She particularly loved Nithya’s cute and impressive performance in Thiruchitrambalam. Meanwhile, Malavika is also part of director Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s upcoming film Pocket Novel, which stars Vijay Sethupathi and Raj B. Shetty.
