Bigg Boss Telugu 10 Day 8: Nominations Turn Chaotic as Shalini and Varshini Clash Intensely

The second-week nomination process in Bigg Boss Telugu 10 turned increasingly intense as contestants clashed over gameplay, favouritism and groupism. The nominations were conducted through a ‘Rope and Thread’ task, with contestants competing in pairs. Trigun and Srushti faced each other, and Trigun completed the task first before picking up the axe to begin the nomination process. However, an argument over contestants clapping in support of others soon added more drama to the episode.

Shalini objected to contestants clapping while others were defending themselves during nominations, arguing that such behaviour could indicate favouritism. Since Varshini was among those clapping, the comment did not go down well with her. Meanwhile, Trigun nominated Sudheer and Rohit, accusing them of groupism, brainwashing and double standards. He also referred to his earlier safety in the game, displaying confidence in his popularity among viewers.

During his nomination of Srushti, Trigun attempted to clarify his earlier comments and said that he has five sisters and never intended to make disrespectful remarks about women. Srushti, however, refused to back down and questioned Trigun over repeatedly bringing up the Agnipariksha group. She pointed out that contestants associated with the same group were being targeted when the task arrived, leading to another heated exchange.

The confrontation intensified when Trigun nominated Rohit. Trigun accused Rohit of manipulating other housemates, while Rohit strongly defended himself and countered that Trigun was the one who had introduced the idea of groupism in the house. When Shalini applauded Rohit’s response, Varshini again questioned her for doing so after objecting to similar behaviour earlier. What began as a disagreement over clapping soon turned into a personal confrontation between the two women.

The Shalini-Varshini argument eventually escalated to the point where both contestants came face-to-face and appeared ready for a physical confrontation. Varshini was seen placing her hand on Shalini’s chest and pushing her back, prompting Shalini to question why she had been touched. Rohit intervened and said that physically touching someone during an argument was inappropriate, while Trigun supported Varshini. Srushti eventually stepped in to separate them. The intense clash, along with the Trigun-Rohit and Trigun-Srushti confrontations, became the major talking points of the nominations episode.
