The 50th day in the Bigg Boss house witnessed interesting developments as the weekly nomination process began on Monday. This time, Bigg Boss gave the nomination opportunity only to contestants in the Green Level. Trigun, Debjani, Mukesh, Aman and Neetu were asked to discuss and decide how many contestants each of them could nominate. Following their discussion, Aman, Debjani, Neetu and Mukesh decided to nominate one contestant each, while Trigun chose to use his opportunity to nominate three contestants.
Neetu began the process by nominating Jhansi, saying that although she performed well in tasks, she had not established a distinct identity for herself in the house. Mukesh nominated Aarke, criticising him for moving around the house without taking a clear stand and for shouting when he wanted to make a point before becoming silent again. Trigun then nominated Ram Prasad, arguing that he had become too lenient during his captaincy and had failed to demonstrate the authority expected of a captain. As his second nomination, Trigun chose Rohith, accusing him of losing the spirit he had shown during the Agni Pariksha task and of showing disrespect towards Bigg Boss and fellow contestants.
The nomination of Rohith led to an emotional exchange between him and Trigun. Rohith said he could not stoop to Trigun’s level of speech and explained his emotional bond with Shalini. Recalling how Shalini used to share her food with him, Rohith said her care had made their connection special. He also explained that his gesture of kissing her when she was leaving came from fear and the thought that he might be left alone, rather than from the meaning others had attached to it. Holding up his badge, Rohith warned Trigun that it was the only thing keeping him calm and that otherwise he would not have responded so peacefully. The confrontation added further tension to the Day 50 nomination episode.
