Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for allegedly making false allegations against the BJP during his campaign in Kerala. He demanded that the Congress party, which came to power on the promise of six guarantees, clarify how many of those commitments have actually been fulfilled. He also questioned the relevance of campaigning in Kerala without highlighting the work done in Telangana.
Kishan Reddy further alleged that Revanth Reddy is misleading the public in a manner similar to former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. He challenged the Congress party to explain what it has done for the backward classes (BCs), especially when it claims that injustice has been done to them. He accused the Congress of failing to implement its promises and thereby deceiving the people of the state.
He also expressed concern that Revanth Reddy, who is claiming in Kerala that all six guarantees have been implemented, may continue to make similar claims in Telangana in the future. He concluded that there is a clear gap between the Congress party’s statements and its actions.
