The political controversy over alleged party defection by MLAs Danam Nagender and Kadiyam Srihari is set to reach the Supreme Court for hearing on the 12th of this month. The case has drawn significant attention as the two legislators are facing serious allegations related to switching political loyalties. Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Assembly, Gaddam Prasad, has already completed the inquiry regarding the allegations against them.
Reports suggest that the Speaker may deliver his verdict on the two MLAs even before the Supreme Court hearing takes place. There is speculation that separate decisions could be announced on different days, possibly one tomorrow and another the following day. Earlier, the Speaker had already given a clean chit to eight MLAs in similar cases, making the upcoming decision on Danam Nagender and Kadiyam Srihari highly anticipated in political circles.
