Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Minister for IT and Education Nara Lokesh will travel to Bihar on a special flight from Gannavaram Airport. They have been formally invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Nitish Kumar in Patna.
Elections for the 243-member Bihar Assembly were held in two phases on November 6 and 11, with results declared on November 14. The NDA secured a renewed mandate, paving the way for JDU leader Nitish Kumar to assume office again as chief minister. Preparations for the ceremony are in full swing in Patna.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, several chief ministers, and leaders of NDA partner parties are expected to attend the event. Tight security arrangements are being made in Patna to manage the large inflow of dignitaries.
During the Bihar election campaign, Nara Lokesh participated on behalf of the NDA and later held meetings with industrialists, explaining investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh and the support provided for new ventures.
