Suriya’s Viswanath & Sons Arrives on OTT: Streaming Date Revealed

Suriya and director Venky Atluri’s family drama ‘Viswanath & Sons’ has completed its theatrical run and is now heading to the OTT platform. Released amid high expectations, the film reportedly grossed over ₹260 crore worldwide, earning a positive response from audiences. The story revolves around family honour, business values, the emotional bond between a father and son, and the challenges of preserving relationships and legacy amid changing times.

The film is set to make its digital premiere on Netflix from September 11, 2026. It will be available simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. Mamitha Baiju has also reportedly achieved a rare milestone with the film, becoming part of three consecutive movies that entered the ₹200-crore club within 30 days. Featuring Bhavani Sre, Radhika Sarathkumar, Raveena Tandon, Nassar and Harsha Chemudu in key roles, the film has music by GV Prakash Kumar.
