Nayanthara’s 'Mahashakthi' OTT Deal Finalised...

Nayanthara-starrer Mookuthi Amman 2 is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on November 6, 2026. Directed by Sundar C, the devotional drama’s teaser was unveiled today along with the official announcement of its release date. The film features Regina Cassandra, Duniya Vijay, Yogi Babu and Urvashi in key roles, adding further expectations around the sequel.

The makers have also finalised the film’s post-theatrical business deals. JioHotstar has acquired the digital streaming rights and will premiere the movie on its platform after its theatrical run, while Star Maa has secured the satellite rights. Produced by Vels Film International, Avni Cinemax, Rowdy Pictures and Ivy Entertainment, Mookuthi Amman 2 has music composed by HipHop Tamizha Adhi.
