Fahadh Faasil’s Dont Trouble The Trouble to Stream on Netflix from October 30

Fahadh Faasil’s fantasy film Dont Trouble The Trouble is preparing for its OTT premiere on Netflix on October 30. Directed by Shashank Yeleti and produced by S.S. Karthikeya, son of filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli, the film was released in theatres on October 2. However, it reportedly failed to attract a large audience during its theatrical run, with its fantasy elements not connecting strongly with viewers. The upcoming digital release gives audiences another opportunity to watch the film from home.

The story follows Suri, played by Fahadh Faasil, a small-time conman who makes money through petty scams. One day, he meets Divya, played by Sara Palekar, and her dog, Snoopy. Divya mistakes Suri for a magician, while he sees an opportunity to earn easy money by pretending to have kidnapped her and demanding a ransom from her parents. His plan takes an unexpected turn when he discovers that Divya’s parents are actually missing. Her uncle, Pratap, played by Saurabh Sachdeva, offers Suri money to bring Divya to him. As Suri uncovers a surprising twist, the mystery surrounding Divya and his own fate becomes central to the story. The film joins several other titles arriving on OTT platforms over the weekend.
