

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed shock over the adulterated milk tragedy in Rajamahendravaram, where five people lost their lives and several others fell seriously ill after consuming contaminated milk. He conveyed deep condolences to the bereaved families and said negligence in food safety has put public lives at risk, demanding strict action against those responsible.
He urged the government to take immediate preventive measures to ensure such incidents do not recur. He also called for the best possible medical treatment for those hospitalized, continuous monitoring of their health conditions, and deployment of specialized expert teams if necessary, directing the health department to respond swiftly and provide comprehensive care to the victims.
