At Tirumala, more than one lakh devotees are served free meals every day under the Annadanam scheme run by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. Devotees can contribute donations starting from as little as ₹1, with no upper limit. Those who wish to sponsor meals for an entire day need to donate ₹44 lakh, which covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for devotees.
Based on the donation amount, donors are offered special darshan opportunities, accommodation, prasadam, and other privileges. Donations between ₹1 lakh and ₹5 lakh provide Suprabatha Patha darshan for five people on three days in a year, basic accommodation, and prasadam. Higher donation slabs include Beginning Break darshan, better accommodation, additional laddus, maha prasadam, and silver coins.
Donations ranging from ₹25 lakh to ₹50 lakh and above include Suprabatha Seva, Vedic blessings, premium accommodation, gold dollars, silver coins, and increased darshan privileges. Donors contributing ₹75 lakh to ₹1 crore or more are eligible for multiple days of Suprabatha Seva, special darshans, Vedic rituals, and enhanced prasadam offerings. TTD advises devotees to check the latest guidelines before making donations.
