In a strategic move to fast-track industrial growth, the Telangana government has initiated a series of measures to expedite the grounding of investments. Over the past two years, the state has attracted record-breaking investments totaling ₹8.81 lakh crore. To ensure these MoUs translate into operational projects, the government has officially entrusted the implementation responsibilities to the 'SPEED' division. A real-time dashboard is currently being developed to monitor progress and coordinate between various companies and government departments. To further streamline the process, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao has issued fresh directives to appoint a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) officer in every department. These officers will be responsible for resolving bottlenecks and ensuring seamless communication to accelerate the setup of industries across the state.
