The land auction conducted by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) received an overwhelming response, setting a new benchmark in Hyderabad’s real estate sector. In Rayadurg, an acre of land fetched a staggering ₹237 crore during the auction, highlighting the growing demand for premium commercial land in the city.
The auction was held for 6 acres and 9 guntas in Survey No. 83/1 at Rayadurg. Industry experts noted that land prices in the region have witnessed a sharp rise compared to last year, when an acre in the same area was sold for ₹177 crore. The latest auction reflects Hyderabad’s booming infrastructure growth and increasing investor confidence in the commercial real estate market.
