Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu stated that the coalition government is committed to transforming Andhra Pradesh into a land-dispute-free state. Addressing a programme under the ‘Mee Bhoomi – Mee Hakku’ initiative at Kalugotla village in the Emmiganur constituency of Kurnool district, he announced that a comprehensive land survey would be completed by December 2027. He said patta passbooks bearing the State Emblem and QR codes would be distributed to farmers and landowners to ensure transparency and prevent tampering.
Speaking to the public, the Chief Minister emphasised that land is not merely an asset but a source of livelihood, security for families, and confidence for the future. He said the government is giving top priority to land, water, and agriculture, with a focus on dispute-free land records, assured irrigation to every acre, and profitable farming. Chandrababu Naidu criticised the previous regime for flawed policies that led to large-scale land disputes and misuse of the revenue system, and assured that the present government would restore credibility, protect farmers’ rights, and take strict action against corruption and illegal practices.
