SIT seeks cancellation of bail for Jogi Brothers

The SIT has filed a petition in the Vijayawada Excise Court seeking cancellation of bail granted to the Jogi Brothers. The SIT informed the court that there is a serious risk of destruction of crucial evidence if the accused continue to remain on bail.

The petition also stated that there is a possibility of witnesses being threatened in the case. The SIT petition is likely to come up for hearing before the court tomorrow
