

Heat conditions are intensifying across Andhra Pradesh, prompting officials to advise people to stay cautious. The AP Disaster Management Authority has warned about rising temperatures and heatwave conditions in several regions. According to MD Prakhar Jain, severe heatwaves are expected in 19 mandals today, while moderate heatwave conditions may affect another 21 mandals.
In Vizianagaram district, areas like Badangi, Bobbili, Ramabhadrapuram, Terlam, and Vangara are likely to experience severe heatwave conditions. Similarly, multiple mandals in Parvathipuram Manyam district are also expected to face intense heat. Recently, the highest temperature of 45.7°C was recorded in Kambham of Prakasam district. Across the state, 227 mandals in 20 districts have reported temperatures exceeding 41°C.
