Polavaram Project to Be Completed by 2027 If Current Pace Continues: Athul Jain

AP: PPA CEO Athul Jain expressed satisfaction that the main dam works of the Polavaram project are being carried out as per quality standards. He inspected the works of the Earth-cum-Rockfill Dam and the testing lab. He also reviewed the implementation of compensation and rehabilitation programs for the displaced families. Jain said there is no shortage of funds for the project and added that if the same pace continues, the project will be completed by 2027.
