Andhra Pradesh is emerging as one of the first states in the country to embrace quantum computing. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, with his foresight, has recognized quantum computing and artificial intelligence as future technologies and is taking proactive steps. In this regard, efforts are underway to establish the country's first 'Quantum Valley Tech Park' in Andhra Pradesh, in partnership with giant companies like IBM, TCS, and L&T. This will serve as a crucial center bringing together hardware, software, talent, and research on a single platform.
Now, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is also following the same path. Speaking at a healthcare conclave in Hyderabad, he stated that quantum computing and artificial intelligence are transforming the healthcare sector into a completely technology-driven field. He advised doctors to upgrade their skills in line with new technologies, while also cautioning them not to lose the human touch in the medical profession.
Expressing concern over the increasing number of deaths due to heart-related diseases, Revanth Reddy said that collective efforts are needed to prevent cardiac problems. He suggested that doctors should volunteer to provide CPR training to school students. Analysts believe that Revanth Reddy's adoption of the technological path initiated by Chandrababu is a promising sign for the future of the two Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
