Minister Nara Lokesh stated that the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is currently moving forward towards a new era of transformation under its "Version 3.0" initiative. He noted that the party is implementing sweeping changes ranging from the village level all the way up to the Politburo, and aims to provide opportunities to at least 33 percent new faces during every electoral term. Speaking at a meeting held with party workers as part of the cadre training programs, Lokesh explained that the party's membership system has been designed to function much like the Aadhaar system, allowing for the digital tracking and recognition of every worker's performance. He made it clear that priority would be given to those who work hard and demonstrate dedication, rather than to those who rely on political lobbying or favoritism.
Lokesh emphasized that the TDP is a cadre-based party, asserting that while individuals may come and go, the party itself is a permanent entity. He acknowledged that the party had suffered losses in the past due to an over-reliance on specific individuals, and stated that the focus has now shifted to strengthening the institutional system. He pointed out that despite having achieved significant development during the 2014–19 tenure, the party still faced electoral defeat; he therefore advised that working with discipline and cohesion is essential for the party to remain in power over the long term. Calling upon the cadre to ensure the resounding success of the upcoming "Mahanadu" (party conclave), he urged them to resolve any internal party issues through dialogue within the organization itself. Finally, he instructed the party workers to convey a crucial message to the public: that the state of Andhra Pradesh remains strong only when its leader, Chandrababu, remains strong.
