Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to strengthen the grievance redressal system in the state and ensure effective implementation of the Prajavani programme. He instructed that the service should be expanded to the field level so that people can easily submit and resolve their grievances without travelling to Hyderabad or district headquarters.
He further ordered that Prajavani be launched at the revenue division level immediately and later extended to mandal level. The Chief Minister emphasized that every complaint must be recorded, tracked, and resolved within a fixed timeframe. He also directed the creation of a unified digital platform, appointment of nodal officers at all levels, and implementation of an auto escalation system to ensure timely resolution and accountability.
