

Actor and filmmaker R. Parthiban has once again made headlines with his latest decision. He has chosen to obtain an official “No Caste - No Religion” certificate, declaring that he does not belong to any caste or religion. Hearing the petition filed by him, the court delivered a ruling in his favor and directed the concerned authorities to issue the certificate by April 29.
Speaking to the media, Parthiban explained the reasons behind his decision. He said he has no interest in caste or religion and mentioned that during a recent event, he unintentionally referred to a caste name, which hurt many people. He stated that the incident made him reflect deeply, leading him to take this step. Parthiban said that obtaining such a certificate is his way of encouraging social change and promoting a society free from caste and religious divisions. He also clarified that he does not seek any benefits based on caste and believes only in rising through hard work. According to him, this decision is not for personal gain, but a meaningful step toward positive change in society.
