Megastar Chiranjeevi has once again proven that he is not just a star on the silver screen but also a true humanitarian in real life. Having served as a lifesaver to lakhs of people for decades through his Blood Bank and Eye Bank initiatives, he is now taking a step forward to combat poverty through education. On the occasion of Ugadi, his hint about launching a ‘Free Education Project’ has become a major topic of discussion across the two Telugu states. In a recent exclusive interview with a channel, Chiranjeevi shared his thoughts on this initiative.
“When I made blood donation a part of my life, Tamil actor Suriya took inspiration from me and started the ‘Agaram Foundation.’ Through that, he has been providing education to hundreds of underprivileged students. Now, I am drawing inspiration from Suriya. I am taking steps to provide quality education free of cost to the poor,” Chiranjeevi said.
He further stated that this free education initiative will not be limited to the Telugu states but will be extended to wherever there is a need. Chiranjeevi strongly believes that while blood donation saves lives, education has the power to transform the future of an entire generation. He mentioned that the framework and execution details of this project will be officially announced soon. Modeled on the lines of ‘Agaram,’ this initiative is expected to bring positive change in the lives of thousands of underprivileged students. The noble effort has already been receiving widespread appreciation from all sections of society.
