The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has taken a key step in preparation for the upcoming municipal elections. The party has officially announced the appointment of coordinators for municipalities across the state. As part of this exercise, coordinators have been appointed for a total of 122 municipalities and 6 municipal corporations.
A senior party leader has been designated as in-charge for each municipality and entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing election strategies and party activities. Party sources stated that these leaders will remain actively available in their respective areas until the completion of the election process, ensuring close coordination with party cadres. The BRS clarified that the primary objective of these appointments is to strengthen the party at the grassroots level and secure better electoral outcomes in the municipal elections.
