

Bhogapuram International Airport in Andhra Pradesh is nearing completion and is fully prepared for inauguration, according to official updates. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the inauguration ceremony, while also suggesting possible dates including July 5, July 8, August 17, and August 19, seeking his availability for the event. The project is being closely monitored as one of the key infrastructure developments in the state.
The state government has directed GMR Group to complete all remaining works of the airport by June 30 to ensure readiness for inauguration. Once operational, Bhogapuram Airport is expected to significantly boost connectivity and economic growth in North Andhra, marking a major milestone in the state’s aviation infrastructure development.
