

The state government has announced a special 99-day program called ‘Public Governance – Progress Plan’ from March 6 to June 12. The program will be carried out in five phases, with the Planning Department acting as the nodal department.
As part of this plan, village-level meetings will be held on April 2, mandal-level programs on April 16, constituency-level events on May 2 and district-level programs on May 22. The State Formation Day celebrations will be conducted on June 2. Preparatory meetings under the leadership of ministers will be held in all combined districts on March 6.
During these 99 days, the government will focus on 10 key themes. These include cleanliness from village to state level, clearing pending files in government offices, health, road safety under the ‘Arrive Alive’ program, welfare schemes, child safety and prevention of drugs, farmer welfare and agriculture, education, youth and sports, women empowerment and environmental protection. Foundation stones and inauguration programs for development works will also be conducted. A special mobile app will be introduced to monitor the entire program.
