Vadivukkarasi Dismisses Death Rumours, Says She Is Fine

Veteran actress Vadivukkarasi has dismissed false reports claiming that she had passed away, putting an end to concerns among her fans and members of the film industry. Speaking to Thanthi TV, she clarified that she is doing well and has not faced any health issues. She also thanked fans and well-wishers who contacted her to check on her after the reports began circulating.

Vadivukkarasi entered the film industry in 1978 and has built a career spanning nearly five decades across Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam cinema. She has appeared in more than 350 films and over 40 television serials, with notable performances in Arunachalam, Sivaji and Muthal Mariyathai. She was also seen in the 2026 film Con City.
