Senior Tollywood actor Vadde Naveen, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Transfer Trimurthulu’, recently shared interesting details about his career-defining film ‘Manasichi Choodu’. Speaking in an interview, the actor revealed that the movie was actually a remake and that he was initially reluctant to take up the project. He said editor Mohan first narrated the story to him, but the remake aspect made him hesitant to proceed.
However, Vadde Naveen explained that editor Mohan later returned with a specially crafted screenplay, which impressed him and convinced him to sign the film. He also revealed an interesting fact about the film’s music. According to him, a song that had already been recorded was eventually removed and replaced with the energetic chartbuster ‘Salaam Malekum’, which went on to become one of the highlights of the movie. The film featured Raasi as the female lead, while Suhasini and Ravi Teja played key roles. Directed by R. Suresh Varma, the film featured music by Mani Sharma and was produced under the ML Movie Arts banner.
