Actress Tamannaah Bhatia recently responded to the rumors that circulated online regarding potential weight-loss procedures due to her striking physical change. Some social media users praised her radiant and rejuvenated appearance, while others recommended using weight-loss injections. In an open interview with Harper's Bazaar India, Tamannaah clarified that her change is entirely natural and only represents the way her body has changed over time.
People have literally witnessed her development on screen, according to the actress, who has been in the business since she was fifteen. "I was always of a slender body type that's naturally how I've been," she said, adding that viewers who have seen her in her previous Hindi films may find the change unexpected. Tamannaah emphasized that a woman's body changes naturally over time, saying, "We see a different version of ourselves every five years."
The Baahubali star reflected on the difficulties she faced in keeping up her body during the pandemic, stating that COVID-19 had an impact on her health and made it hard for her to maintain her previous body type. She laughed and acknowledged her love of comfort food, saying, "I love my rice, roti, and dal." In her message of self-acceptance, Tamannaah said she has now accepted the rhythm and natural changes of her body, proudly reaffirming that her transformation isn't the result of taking short cuts but rather a celebration of identity, evolution, and confidence.
