

Actor Ram Charan expressed admiration for Tamil actor Vijay’s entry into politics, stating that it is commendable to see a star at the peak of his film career stepping into public service. Speaking at a promotional event in Chennai for his upcoming film ‘Peddi’, directed by Buchi Babu Sana and releasing on June 4 as a pan-India project, Ram Charan extended greetings to Vijay and the people of Tamil Nadu.
He shared that Chennai always feels like home due to his family’s strong connection with the city. Talking about ‘Peddi’, he said the team worked for nearly two and a half years, with him dedicating 285 shooting days. He praised director Buchi Babu Sana’s dedication, AR Rahman’s music, cinematographer Rathnavelu’s visuals, and actor Shiva Rajkumar’s powerful screen presence. He also appreciated Divyenndu’s role and praised co-star Janhvi Kapoor’s commitment, calling the film a beautiful entertainer with a strong message.
