Faria Responds to the Bonalu Controversy...

Young actress Faria Abdullah has once again addressed the controversy surrounding her social media post during the Bonalu celebrations. Speaking at the press meet of her upcoming film ‘Sigma’, she said she was surprised by the response her post received. She also expressed her views on some traditional mindsets that continue to exist in society, saying she was surprised that such thinking still persists in 2026. Faria added that she has always been someone who thinks progressively.

Faria said social media is simply a platform for her to express her views and that she understands that everyone has different perspectives. While she may not agree with certain opinions, she said she respects the way others think. She also made it clear that she does not want to prolong the controversy and said her thoughts are centered on peace and love. Faria expressed her desire to shift the focus back to the promotions of ‘Sigma’.
