A new film starring Mega Power Star Ram Charan and director Sukumar has been officially launched, raising huge expectations among fans. Their previous collaboration, Rangasthalam, received tremendous appreciation, further increasing interest in their upcoming project. However, neither Ram Charan nor Sukumar has revealed details about the storyline. Although the film began with a ceremonial muhurat shot, its plot remains a mystery. Meanwhile, after seeing the film’s first promotional poster, some netizens are speculating that it could be a remake of the Gujarati hit film Lalo: Krishna Sada Sahaayate.
In the Gujarati film, Lord Krishna plays a crucial role in the storyline, and rumours suggest that Ram Charan might portray a similar character in the new project. Since reports about a possible remake had surfaced earlier as well, the latest poster has further fuelled these discussions. Made on a budget of just ₹50 lakh, Lalo created a sensation at the box office by collecting over ₹122 crore. It also became the first Gujarati film to cross the ₹100 crore mark. However, whether Ram Charan and Sukumar’s film is genuinely based on this story or features an entirely original plot remains to be seen. Fans will have to wait for an official clarification from the filmmakers.
