Megastar Chiranjeevi’s big socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara is being produced by UV Creations and directed by Vasishta. The shooting of the film was completed long ago and only CGI work is currently pending. Due to the delay in CGI completion, the release has been postponed multiple times and there has been no clarity on the new release date so far. Meanwhile, the Megastar film that was started after Vishwambhara is all set for a Sankranti release.
According to reliable sources, Vishwambhara is now likely to release in June. Completing the CGI is not the main issue, but the makers reportedly want to maintain a minimum gap of six months after the Megastar’s January release. This seems to be the reason behind planning a June release.
Earlier, the teaser faced heavy trolling due to CGI quality, which made the producers firm about releasing the film only after delivering perfect visuals. Releasing it in April would not provide a proper gap between the two films. Hence, June appears to be the most suitable release window for Vishwambhara.
